LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REFUND TERMS

1. My Incentive LLC, dba Legend travel and Tours, Fareoair INC. is a full-service travel agency, and such it offers the services of providing travel information and reservations, as provided by various airlines to the customers.  You, the customer must be at least 18 years of age to purchase travel services from My Incentive LLC, dba Legend travel and Tours, dba Fareoair.  Users of this website must agree to all the terms and conditions listed on this page to use this website.
2. The fares and rules are provided on this website should be used as general guidelines for the purpose of itinerary planning only.   Sale of tickets and any subsequent changes/cancellations will be governed as per the rules and fares of the airline governing such a transaction.
3. No claims are permissible with reference to the rules mentioned on the website.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the rules before finalizing the purchase.
4. My Incentive LLC, dba Legend travel and Tours, dba Fareoair, liability shall be limited to the purchase price under the specific invoice proven to be at issue.
5. My Incentive LLC, dba Legend travel and Tours, dba Fareoair is not responsible for any schedule change, cancellations by airline carrier.  it is the responsibility of the passengers to contact the airline and reconfirm the flight 72 hours prior to departure
6. All VOID tickets are subject to a void fee.  All refunds and exchanges are subject to My Incentive LLC, dba Legend travel and Tours, dba Fareoair, service fee in addition to any applicable airline fees.
7. Charge back is subject to a fee in addition to the charge back fee amount.
8. My Incentive LLC, dba Legend travel and Tours, dba Fareoair, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  As per our operating policy, our travel consultants may not contact you or respond to a service request if you have not provided complete information on your request form, or provided seemingly fraudulent information to circumvent the edits of a form, or if the service requested in not provided by My Incentive LLC, dba Legend travel and Tours, dba Fareoair.
