Argentina

The protest, organized by the Argentine Workers’ Union (CTA), will begin at 11:00 AM local time at Avenida Entre Rios and Hipolito Irigoyen. CTA plans to hold further protests throughout the month.

Colombia

Travelers in the southwestern departments including Antioquia, Arauca, Boyaca, Cauca, Hulia, Narino, Santander, Tolima, and Calle de Cauca should continue to anticipate travel disruption due to ongoing protests and roadblocks by indigenous groups. Roadblocks have halted transport on the Pan-American Highway (Highway 25) between Cali and Popayan, Highway 24 to La Plata, and Highway 20 to Pitalito. Guatemala

Comoros

Jordan

Today, travelers in Amman should avoid a protest at 6:00 PM local time near the Fourth Circle. The rally is being held against a 2016 gas deal between Jordan and Israel. Nigeria

One demonstration which will take place at 8:30 AM local time at the J Allen Junction in the Dugbe district; other demonstrations will take place from 9:00 AM local time at the police headquarters in Abuja and at the Fela Shrine in Lagos. The gatherings are to protest against the death of a man on March 31 during an operation in Lagos carried out by a controversial ‘anti-cultist’ police unit.

Samoa

Travelers booked to travel with flag carrier Samoa Airways over the coming days should anticipate disruption and reconfirm schedules. The airline has cancelled several flights due to a shortage of aircraft caused by an unsuccessful lease extension attempt, as well as the global grounding of Boeing’s 737 Max aircraft. Zimbabwe

Travelers are advised to avoid Jason Moyo Avenue in the central business district. Security forces have reportedly fired tear gas at the office of an independent media outlet. The reason for this action is currently unclear.

Philippines

Russia

Normal movement around the Kazansky Railway Station in Moscow can resume after an anonymous bomb threat earlier today was declared a hoax. Security forces inspected the site, but the facility was not evacuated.
